As an individual, no matter how well-learned and qualified you are, you must never stop learning and improving yourself. Reading different books is a common quality of all the leaders around the world. Well, the benefit of this is that once you have figured it out, you may start working on improving and polishing these qualities as a main attribute of your personality. If you want your life to get better, for this you need to get better first as the world is changed by your example and not your opinion. You can learn anything that you actually want to learn.
After figuring out all your drawbacks as an individual, do some certain things more often, cut on doing some certain things more often, and most importantly STOP doing the things that prevent you from being a leader. This doesn’t need a team coaching, but an individual isolated effort may just work wonders!
